Data Use and Retention Disclosure
Data Accessed
After explicit authorization, the app may access QuickBooks company information, customers, vendors, accounts, estimates, invoices, payments, sales receipts, purchases and expenses, bills, transaction dates, transaction numbers, amounts, categories, memos, source IDs, and update timestamps. Clockify access, when connected, is limited to time-tracking information.
Business Purpose
The data is used for job costing, reconciliation, bookkeeping support, profitability review, purchase assignment, audit history, backups, and internal reporting.
Data Not Sold or Used for Advertising
QuickBooks information is not sold. QuickBooks information is not shared with advertisers.
Retention
Imported data may remain in local app data and local backups after an integration is disconnected. Removal from backups requires following a separate backup-retention or deletion process. Restoring an older backup may restore information that existed at the time of that backup.
Cloudflare Public Component
The public Cloudflare component is intended to process only public pages, a basic health endpoint, and short-lived OAuth handoff data. It must not store long-term QuickBooks tokens, customer financial records, jobs, reports, or local backup files.
This page intentionally does not publish a personal phone number or street address. Backup retention remains governed by the local documented backup process.
