Nailed It Contracting, Inc. operates the Nailed It Business App for internal company use.
Information Accessed
After explicit authorization, the app may retrieve QuickBooks Online company information, customers, vendors, accounts, estimates, invoices, payments, sales receipts, purchases, expenses, bills, transaction dates, transaction numbers, amounts, categories or account references, memos, descriptions, source IDs, and update timestamps. The app may also use Clockify time information when separately connected.
Use of Information
Information is used for job costing, reconciliation, bookkeeping support, purchase review, profitability review, backup, audit history, and internal reporting.
Read-Only Intent
The Nailed It application is coded to issue only approved read operations for QuickBooks accounting data. The Intuit QuickBooks Online Accounting authorization scope is technically broader than read-only, so Nailed It relies on its own request guard, tests, and approval process to avoid creating or changing accounting records.
Sharing
QuickBooks information is not sold. QuickBooks information is not shared with advertisers.
Storage and Hosted Component
The main application data, QuickBooks token storage, and sync logic are intended to remain local to the Nailed It computer. This public Cloudflare component may temporarily process a QuickBooks OAuth authorization code only long enough to hand it to the running local backend. It must not store long-term QuickBooks access tokens, refresh tokens, customer financial records, jobs, reports, or local backup files.
Disconnecting and Retention
Disconnecting prevents future synchronization. Previously imported records and backups may remain until removed under the documented local retention, deletion, or restore process.
