The Nailed It Business App is currently intended for internal use by Nailed It Contracting, Inc.
Purpose
The app supports job costing, time review, purchase classification, reconciliation, profitability review, bookkeeping support, and business reporting.
QuickBooks Use
QuickBooks access requires explicit authorization. The application is coded to use QuickBooks accounting information read-only during this phase and must not create, edit, delete, void, or post QuickBooks accounting transactions.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing imported information, purchase classifications, job assignments, reports, and backups before relying on them for business decisions.
No Automatic Filing or Payment
The app does not automatically submit tax filings, make government payments, or file payroll forms.
Limitations
The app may contain errors or incomplete data. Reports should be reviewed against source systems and professional accounting records before use for tax, payroll, legal, lending, or final bookkeeping decisions.
